WEBINAR - Building Stronger Auxiliary Programs

A launch into auxiliary programs: staffing strategy, onboarding systems, and culture-setting practices. Neel Dixon, Director of Auxiliary Programs at Presbyterian Day School in Memphis, will share practical insights, local context, and tools you can implement immediately.  Much of what Neel will share was developed over the past two years as he transitioned into his role as Director of Auxiliary Programs. The systems and strategies are practical, field-tested, and realistic—built from what he learned along the way and the things he wishes someone had told him in his earliest days in the role.  While the presentation applies broadly to auxiliary leaders, it will be especially valuable for those in the early stages of program development or looking to strengthen the structure and strategic approach of their programs.
