Join us at our annual gathering of auxiliary professionals, from those just beginning their careers to seasoned experts in auxiliary leadership! SPARC was founded with the knowledge that successful summer/auxiliary programming requires a unique combination of skills by leaders who often work in relative isolation within their own schools. At SPARC's National Conference, you'll learn from industry thought-leaders and have enriching conversations with peers, all in an atmosphere of innovation and camaraderie.

Our conference will address the wide range of summer/auxiliary program responsibilities, encompassing human resources, marketing, business management, innovation and entrepreneurship, programming, operations, and technology. Through our rich program content, diverse networking opportunities, and engaging discussions, attendees will develop clear action plans to implement immediately in their own programs.
