Professional development made by and for auxiliary leaders.
SPARC Learning Labs are a new series of professional development courses designed to strengthen the skills of emerging and aspiring auxiliary program leaders. Rooted in SPARC’s long-standing reputation for excellence and our unparalleled understanding of the complexities of auxiliary program leadership, these courses offer practical, actionable guidance that participants can immediately apply in their own school communities.
Format
Each course consists of 3 virtual sessions, facilitated by SPARC Senior Advisors who bring deep field experience and a collaborative, learner-centered approach. With enrollment limited to 16 participants per course, Learning Labs emphasize interaction, peer learning, and real-world application.
