Refund Policies

In-Person Events

1. National Conference tickets (not including any add-ons such as optional dinners or pre-conference workshops) fall under their own refund policy which is updated annually with each conference and may be viewed here.
2. All other in-person events (regional workshops, optional dinners, etc.) are non-refundable.

Online Events and Other Purchases

All online events, regardless of whether a registrant is able to attend, are non-refundable. Purchases of downloadable content such as reports, online products such as job postings, and membership dues are also non-refundable.
