WEBINAR - Belonging Beyond the Classroom
We spend a lot of time talking about belonging. But how often do we actually ask children what belonging feels like? (Spoiler alert: they have some pretty good answers.) Drawing on original qualitative research with elementary students, Belonging Beyond the Classroom explores the often-overlooked role that auxiliary and non-instructional adults play in shaping students' experiences of support, safety, and connection. Participants will leave with practical strategies for building school communities where every adult helps children feel known, valued, and like they truly belong.
