WEBINAR - Designing Impactful Leaders-in-Training Programs
Join the experienced Summer at Brooks team as they share insights from their highly successful Leaders-in-Training (LIT) Program. For nearly two decades, Mike Votto has led the program, helping teens build confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills through Brooks’ distinctive three-year LIT model. Jake Andrus, Director of Auxiliary Programs, and Tim Enos, Assistant Director, will discuss how the LIT program fits within the broader auxiliary portfolio, how participants transition from campers to LITs and then into staff roles, and how LITs contribute to daily camp operations while supporting younger campers. Discover best practices for building meaningful teen leadership programs, including mentorship structures, staff integration, and creating a strong pipeline for future camp leaders.
