Category: Roundtables

Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how we work, offering new opportunities to improve efficiency, spark creativity, and strengthen year-round auxiliary operations. But where is AI actually making a difference, and where should we proceed with caution? Join fellow auxiliary leaders for an open, peer-driven conversation about how AI is being used across summer programs, extended-day offerings, rentals, marketing, staffing, financial management, and other aspects of our work. We'll share practical applications, explore emerging possibilities, discuss concerns and challenges, and learn from one another's experiences. Whether you're already integrating AI into your daily work or just beginning to explore its potential, come prepared to exchange ideas, ask questions, and discover new ways to put AI to work.

This discussion is open to SPARC members only. We welcome and encourage participation from anyone with involvement in auxiliary programs including Directors, Assistant Directors, CFOs, and any other school personnel that are interested. The discussion will be facilitated by SPARC Senior Advisors, with the goal of encouraging the participation of all attendees. Recordings are available to SPARC members within 48 hours on SPARC Connect.
