INFORMATION SESSION - Introduction to the SPARC Dashboard

We’re excited to unveil the new SPARC Dashboard through our partnership with Apte. We’ve been spending years encouraging and educating auxiliary leaders to become more data-minded and budget-focused. Now, with Apte’s expertise in bringing data to life through dashboards, we’ve developed a template that will be available to all member schools. How does it work? Each fall, you supply your school’s key auxiliary data—i.e. revenue, expenses, and enrollment—which generates a clean visual that helps you (your team, your head, your CFO, your Board) visualize trends and performance over time according to key indicators. 

This is an information session where we will explain the process including data collection, timing, sample dashboards, and also answer questions.
