Your personal brand is no longer optional - it’s a powerful tool for amplifying your work, elevating auxiliary programs, and building a meaningful professional community. Join the SPARC team and special guests for a hands-on, fun working webinar focused on building and activating your personal brand through LinkedIn.

This session will cover LinkedIn essentials, including crafting a strong headline, writing an effective summary, highlighting experience and skills, and aligning your profile with your professional goals. We’ll also explore simple daily and weekly habits - posting regularly, commenting thoughtfully, making intentional connections, and following others - that help build visibility and momentum without feeling overwhelming.

Through real-world examples from SPARC members, we’ll highlight how LinkedIn can create unexpected opportunities, foster serendipitous connections, and amplify both individual leadership and school programs. Designed to be practical and interactive, this webinar will help you show up with confidence, expand your network, and contribute to a growing community that elevates auxiliary work across schools.

Come ready to learn, experiment, and leave with concrete action steps you can put into practice immediately.

PRESENTERS: Karen McCann McClelland, Executive Director of Auxiliary Programs, Sidwell Friends School and SPARC Senior Advisor. David Sullivan, SPARC Senior Advisor, and special guests.
