He founded MoonshotOS, a professional learning community that empowers school leaders to reimagine the independent school business model. Previously, Peter served as Chief Member Relations Officer at the Enrollment Management Association, leading marketing, communications, and leadership training initiatives. With a background in association management, product development, and entrepreneurship, Peter has hosted over 300 podcasts on leadership and school growth. His collaborative, strategic approach has been shared at major conferences such as NAIS, SPARC, CASE NAIS, and EMA.
