2026 Spring Training Series - Upgrade Your Summer Program Staff Training
Led by SPARC’s expert advisors, this 3-part series of interactive and collaborative sessions will focus on developing and refining your summer staff training. Join colleagues from across the country as we become intentional about the structure, content and delivery of your on-boarding and orientation. Each session will kick off with a short presentation, followed by participant discussion. Bring ideas, resources, and questions!
Pre-session email communication will describe what participants should bring to each session in order to engage and form an action plan. Sessions will be recorded and made available to all registrants for later reference.
Attendees should plan on attending all three sessions.
