Use this summer to get ready for next year’s after school expedition! Join your SPARC Guides and fellow adventurers in a virtual professional development experience to outfit you for after school success. Together let’s draw the plan, pack the right gear, build the right team, and set a course for the future of your program. Along the way you will meet fellow after school professionals who can help sustain your journey throughout the year.

Program Structure

  • Virtual
  • Four 60 minute sessions
  • Approximately 50% presentation and 50% interaction
  • Facilitated by SPARC advisors/invited adjuncts


  • 4 sessions (July 9, 16, 23, 30)

All webinar registrants will receive a follow-up e-mail after the event with links to the webinar recording and applicable materials. Note that SPARC members always have access to every recorded event on SPARC Connect.

This series will be led by SPARC Senior Advisors David Sullivan, Bob Rojee, and Karen McCann McClelland.
