SPARC 2025 Roundup: A Remarkable Year of Growth and Learning

SPARC celebrated its 10th anniversary conference in 2025 with our biggest and best gathering of auxiliary professionals so far. With a decade of experience helping schools and auxiliary leaders elevate their programs, we've been reflecting on the amazing growth we've achieved this year, thanks to our expert SPARC team, our business partners, and especially our valued community of member schools. Here's a roundup of this year's SPARC successes, with plans for many more in the coming decade!

SPARC Membership and Resources
  • Our membership has surpassed 300 member schools and 1000 individual members--and we're still growing!
  • We launched the SPARC Dashboard--a powerful new tool for visualizing data
  • SPARC Connect, our community site for questions, answers, collaboration, and learning, debuted on a new online platform

Partnerships and Collaborations
  • We now have over 40 business partners!
  • We partnered with PAISBOA to deliver a new regional workshop in Pennsylvania, for a total of 5 regional events powered by SPARC
  • The SPARC team delivered at over 25 presentations at other conferences and events across the country, sharing our expertise in auxiliary programming--including NBOA, NAIS, and many more!

Community and Learning
  • This year, we Initiated our new Public Purpose Series for auxiliary professionals passionate about community outreach
  • We delivered over 20 webinars and 60 roundtable discussions on a variety of auxiliary topics with a roster of the brightest experts in the business
  • Our SPARC team consulted with nearly 50 schools through our SPARC Accelerator and helping schools with program development, strategic planning, leadership searches, mentoring, and more

This is only a partial list of the results of our behind-the-scenes work and engagement with our exceptional auxiliary professional community. We're looking forward to for 2026 and another year of SPARC events, professional development, consulting, and community engagement.
