ROUNDTABLE: Staff Evaluations

Come discuss best practices on conducting staff evaluations, school year and summer. Share your plan as well as forms and tools or come and learn how other summer programs implement their staff evaluation process. Do you have staff set goals at the beginning of the summer? Do they complete a self-evaluation? Who does the in-season observations and writes the evaluation? Learn some new tricks and ways to efficiently complete evaluations and walk away with some tools and new ideas!

This discussion is open to SPARC members only. We welcome and encourage participation from anyone with involvement in auxiliary programs including Directors, Assistant Directors, CFOs, and any other school personnel that are interested. The discussion will be facilitated by SPARC Senior Advisors, with the goal of encouraging the participation of all attendees.
