ROUNDTABLE - School Store (04/23/26)

Colleagues managing school stores will be discussing topics such as special events and pop up stores, purchasing and inventory management, merchandising, staffing, and financial performance. Participants can share strategies for increasing revenue, challenges and opportunities, techniciques for improving operations and aligning the store with school culture.

This discussion is open to SPARC members only. We welcome and encourage participation from anyone with involvement in auxiliary programs including Directors, Assistant Directors, CFOs, and any other school personnel that are interested. The discussion will be facilitated by SPARC Senior Advisors, with the goal of encouraging the participation of all attendees.
