ROUNDTABLE - Facilities Rentals

As we enter another school year, it is the perfect time to check in on your facilities rental program! Join other auxiliary program directors for a discussion - what has been going well and what are the pain points? Share challenges, strategies and questions. Use this discussion as an opportunity to benchmark with peers and to present specific scenarios for group discussion. Come with ideas for scheduling, reserving space, and effectively coordinating with athletics, facilities, and other school departments. Share how to turn a rentals program from being reactive to proactive.

This discussion is open to SPARC members only. We welcome and encourage participation from anyone with involvement in auxiliary programs including Directors, Assistant Directors, CFOs, and any other school personnel that are interested. The discussion will be facilitated by SPARC Senior Advisors, with the goal of encouraging the participation of all attendees.
