ROUNDTABLE - Extended Day and Enrichment Programs (02/05/26)

This is a supportive discussion group for leaders overseeing extended day and enrichment programs. This conversations explores program design, staffing and training models, scheduling, fee structures and financial aid, and family engagement, with an emphasis on creating high-quality, sustainable offerings that meet community needs.

This discussion is open to SPARC members only. We welcome and encourage participation from anyone with involvement in auxiliary programs including Directors, Assistant Directors, CFOs, and any other school personnel that are interested. The discussion will be facilitated by SPARC Senior Advisors, with the goal of encouraging the participation of all attendees.
